Established in 1975, Jinchang is a member of China Spring Association and a main enterprise of China Spring Industry. With 30 years' development, Jinchang Spring grows into a modern enterprise specializing in researching, designing, manufacturing, sales and service of springs. Our company has fix assets of 50 million RMB and covers an area of about 20000 square meters. Now we have about 250 employees, of whom 30 are technical personnel with university and college education background. Our annual turnover is more than 60 million RMB. We have established a quality system which is based on the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and ISO /TS 16949. Up to now, our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions in the world. We have complete product range for automotive, covering car, mini car, truck, motorcycle, engineering machinery, agriculture machinery, mining machinery, oil chemistry, power equipment, precision instrument, sport apparatus, electrical equipment and power tools. Jinchang Spring has full set of first class manufacturing and testing equipment in China. As for manufacturing equipment, we have more than 20 sets of computerized coiling machines, 1 set of hot coiled spring line, 3 sets of automatic quenching & annealing lines, 6 sets of automatic grounding machines, 3 sets of shotpeening machines, 1 set of powder coating line and 1 set of E-coating line. In terms of testing equipment, we are equipped with spring extension and compression machine for all specification, mechanical spring fatigue testing machine, metallurgical microscope, magnetic powder detection machine, salt spray tester and spring wire torsion test machine.
